Baby bunnies!

Today as Paul was cleaning up the yard and preparing to till the soil, he came across a nest of animals. At first, he thought they were mice, but upon closer inspection, we realized they were baby bunnies! There were 5 of them. He had to move the nest, so I hope the momma comes back and finds them. I will check on them to make sure they're okay tomorrow. Any advice on caring for baby bunnies?
